Welcome to Lumenloft. By accessing our website or booking our cleaning and organizing services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
Lumenloft provides residential and commercial cleaning, organizing, seasonal refreshes, and laundry services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Please note that Suzy's Cleaning & Organizing LLC is now doing business as Lumenloft. All existing contracts, quotes, and obligations under the previous name remain valid and are now managed under the Lumenloft brand.
Estimates are based on the information provided by the client. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the condition of the property differs significantly from the description provided.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept online payments and other methods as specified on our website.
We value our staff's time. We ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Clients must provide a reliable way for our team to enter the property (e.g., key, entry code or being present). If we are locked out, a lockout fee may apply.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any concerns about our service, please notify us within 24 hours and we'll work with you to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Lumenloft is fully insured. While we take the utmost care with your belongings, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear. We ask that all high-value items or heirlooms be secured or put away prior to our arrival.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumenloft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.
Lumenloft reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
